Download the plugin zip below.
In WordPress, go to Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin. Choose the zip and click Install, then Activate.
Open Settings, then Live Chat. Enter the server address and your widget key.
Tick "Show the chat widget" and save.

Any website

Paste this before the closing body tag of every page. Use your key from Widget Design, or the key of the department for that website.

Other platforms

Most website builders have a "Custom code" or "Footer scripts" area. Paste the same script tag there.

Online Store, then Themes, then Edit code. Add the script to theme.liquid before the closing body tag.

Settings, then Custom code, then add the script to the body end. Apply to all pages.

Project settings, then Custom code, then add the script to the footer code. Publish the site.

Several brands?

Each brand has its own department key. Use it on that brand's site only.

One website should have one LiveChat script. Two scripts would show two chat buttons.

Chats from a department go only to that department's agents.
